This Medium Cheddar Colour Cheese has a soft/creamy, lactic flavor and is made with pasteurized milk, bacterial culture, salt, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, and may contain natural color. Our premium quality cheeses naturally have zero grams of lactose.
The milk used in this Colour Cheese comes from cows not treated with rBST.
